Risk Disclosure
1. No investment advice
Signals, rankings, ROI, funding, charts, alerts, and commentary are informational only. They do not account for your finances, experience, objectives, taxes, or risk tolerance.
You alone decide whether to trade and must verify all data and consequences. Seek independent licensed financial, legal, and tax advice where appropriate.
2. A spread is not guaranteed profit
A displayed spread may disappear before execution. Latency, queue position, slippage, shallow depth, partial fills, fees, funding, limits, minimum size, and tick rounding affect the result.
Last trade, mark, index, best bid or ask, and average execution price are different values. ROI is an estimate based on available data and can become negative.
3. Data and asset-identity risk
Exchanges may delay, alter, or terminate API and WebSocket feeds. Data may be missing, duplicated, out of order, or region-dependent.
The same ticker can represent different tokens, contracts, multipliers, or TradFi instruments across exchanges. Even with automated normalization, verify the full name, contract, network, and market specification on every venue.
4. Derivatives, leverage, and funding
Futures and derivatives can cause rapid or total margin loss, liquidation, and additional costs. Leverage magnifies both gains and losses.
Funding rates and settlement times can change before settlement. Exchanges use different intervals, rules, mark prices, and position limits; a shown delta does not guarantee a funding payment.
5. Cross-exchange transfers
Transfer arbitrage depends on deposits and withdrawals, the correct network and contract, confirmations, travel-rule or KYC checks, and limits. A transfer may outlast the spread.
An incorrect address, memo, network, or token can cause irreversible loss. Fees, withdrawal suspension, congestion, reorgs, bridges, and stablecoin depegs can change the result.
6. Exchanges and counterparties
Funds remain with exchanges or wallets you choose, not IXOR. A venue may halt trading, alter a contract, reject an order, freeze withdrawals, restrict a region, or become insolvent.
IXOR does not control a third party’s security, liquidity, execution, regulation, or custody. Use only services legally available to you and assess counterparty risk.
7. Technology and operations
Internet, VPN, DNS, Telegram, cloud infrastructure, RPC, databases, or user devices may fail. An alert may arrive late or not at all.
Do not make IXOR or one alert a single point of failure. Use risk limits, independently verify quotes, maintain backup channels, and never trade money you cannot afford to lose.
8. Pre-trade checklist
Recheck asset identity and contract, market type, bid and ask depth, average execution price, all trading and network fees, funding and settlement time, deposit and withdrawal status, position limits, and legal availability.
If any input is unclear, stale, or unavailable, do not treat the signal as executable. Past performance and individual successful trades do not predict future results.
